Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping individuals and organisations achieve their potential.
This role is based in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia and involves working with clients to identify future employment or training options. You will also perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise and take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
- Support clients to identify future employment or training options
- Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A current Working with Children Check
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across tasks and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
