About the Role
  • As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will utilize your specialist knowledge and skills to assist individuals return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
  • You will evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
  • Perform various assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return to work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.
