About this role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional switchboard service to staff and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating alternative communication systems to effectively liaise with hospital staff in emergency or security response situations
  • Prioritising workload efficiently and performing duties responsibly in the absence of supervision
  • Contributing to a cohesive team environment by sharing information, supporting and assisting colleagues in a proactive manner
