Job Description:

Embark on a Rewarding Journey as a Branch Administration Trainee. This role involves gaining hands-on experience and receiving guidance and training from our supportive team.

  • Operate the switchboard to answer incoming calls in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including typing, mail, photocopying, filing, and office maintenance.
  • Monitor and maintain consumables, and organise branch equipment and supplies.
  • Action and rectify enquiries and complaints to ensure exceptional customer relations.
  • Process daily entry of timesheets and leave into our timekeeping system.
  • Arrange and maintain branch maintenance schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Organise appointments, meetings, and functions as required.
  • Assist with planning and booking mine site inductions for Off Hwy Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating the Switchboard

As a Branch Administration Trainee, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.

Clerical Duties

You will perform various general clerical tasks, such as typing, sending mail, photocopying, filing, and maintaining the office environment.

Consumables and Equipment Management

Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining consumables, as well as managing branch equipment and supplies.

Enquiries and Complaints

You will be expected to action and rectify enquiries and complaints to maintain excellent customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school certificate or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative experience is beneficial, but we're happy to develop you.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
