Front Office Receptionist

Ibis Budget Dandenong is a thriving and exciting environment where customer service is paramount. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and a personalized experience for every guest, every interaction, every day.
- Advocate for Accor's loyalty program to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accurate accounts.
- Take bookings, provide helpful information, and enter reservations efficiently.
- Address guest queries and complaints in a timely and positive manner.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate guest requests and advise on room moves.
- Roster includes working various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights.
- Upsell our Food and Beverage department to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous hotel front office reception experience is preferable but not essential.
- Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- A friendly and positive attitude with a can-do approach, enjoying working in a team environment.
- Previous experience with Opera is desirable but not essential.
