Job Opportunity: Casual Educator

We seek a dedicated professional to support our centres and children as a Casual Educator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team.
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members by adhering to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families through effective communication and empathy.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement within the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
