We are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, auditing, and reviewing code in multiple data warehouses. They will be proficient in high-level languages such as Python, SAS, R, or Java and possess expertise in SQL, including reverse-engineering end-user SQL code.

Our successful candidate will have at least four years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to AWS Cloud, AWS S3, AWS Glue, or similar cloud tools, and proficiency in systems, software, and programs like SAS and Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, audit, and review code in multiple data warehouses
  • Program using high-level languages such as Python, SAS, R, or Java
  • Expertise in SQL, including reverse-engineering end-user SQL code
  • Read and interpret data models and specifications
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Dev Ops process and use Dev Ops tools accordingly
  • Version control system management

The successful candidate will also have a tertiary qualification in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or over three years of relevant work experience. Experience working in an Agile environment is also necessary.
