In this role you will:

• Maintain accurate inventory and manage stock transfers to support customer and operational needs.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to execute good movement requests and support stocktake processes.
• Complete SOE/MOE builds to customer standards, ensuring alignment with QA and security practices, and working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and system issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors to manage DOA items, repairs, and swap-outs.
• Ensure accurate cost recovery and support reporting requirements for the Warehouse and Integration Centre.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting and optimising internal systems and service processes.

About You

• You bring at least 3 years' experience in a technician or integration role, with 1+ year in logistics or warehousing. This includes hands-on, manual elements of the role where attention to physical detail is key.
• You have a solid understanding of SOE imaging and basic networking knowledge.
• You're known for your attention to detail, urgency, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• You're a clear communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels and resolve issues professionally.
• You're motivated by quality and improvement and have a strong sense of ownership over your work.
• You're comfortable with administration and reporting and take pride in meeting or exceeding SLTs.
• You bring integrity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
