Lead TeleSales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead TeleSales Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Mentor and develop high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
