Senior Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial lawyer to join our dynamic team. As a senior commercial lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on complex disputes and transactions across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in high-value disputes and a strong understanding of commercial law principles. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on commercial disputes and transactions
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to complex legal issues
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of commercial law principles and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Admission to practice as a lawyer in Queensland
  • 4+ years post-admission experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
