Senior Residential Construction Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-impact residential construction projects from pre-construction to final walkthrough. This role demands strong leadership, project scheduling, budgeting, and client communication skills.
- We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of hands-on residential construction experience.
- The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This is a key position where your attention to detail, ability to proactively manage risks, and commitment to excellence will ensure projects are completed on time and with an exceptional client experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate field execution with quality, safety, and client satisfaction in mind.
- Proven skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving.
