**Property Specialist Role:**

We are seeking a seasoned Property and Legal professional to fill this key position.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in property management, law or project coordination. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including sub-branches, internal departments and external experts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guiding sub-branches through capital works, property acquisitions, leases and compliance procedures.
  • Overseeing projects to mitigate risk and ensure alignment with our policies and values.
  • Managing databases, preparing reports and contributing to governance documentation.
  • Supporting continuous improvement in property workflows and education across sub-branches.
