About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Partner to lead the design, implementation, and embedment of talent management approaches that align with our strategic direction and cultural aspirations. As a key player in our culture, talent, and capability team, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

This role requires strategic partnering across the business to design and deliver talent solutions and initiatives that support selection, retention, and succession for critical talent cohorts. You'll consult with our People & Culture team to embed these approaches and drive strong commercial outcomes for the bank.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience in talent management and business partnering, ideally with an organizational psychology background or a proven track record in designing and implementing commercially focused talent management programs. You'll be a resourceful problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a human-centered design mindset.
