At Data#3 Ltd, we are on the hunt for a highly motivated Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our well-established team. This exciting opportunity will see you working directly with blue chip clients across Education, Government, and Corporate sectors, sourcing a broad range of ICT talent.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Account Executives to source candidates using various tools and platforms
  • Developing and closing profitable recruitment services opportunities
  • Buidling relationships with IT Management and procurement clients
  • Managing territories to drive growth and success with the Account Executives
  • Sourcing ICT talent in collaboration with resourcing colleagues
  • Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
  • Advertising and promoting roles within your network and across relevant social media platforms

We are seeking an individual with high Emotional Intelligence (EQ), resilience, maturity, and a passion for winning. To ensure your success, you will have:

  • Demonstrable success in a recruitment/resourcing/candidate manager role from a reputable recruitment agency
  • Contract recruitment experience, working on specialist technical roles
  • A strong capability to build lasting client relationships and a desire to take the next step into a sales career
  • Technology or Technical sourcing/recruitment experience or a keen desire to break into tech, with a proactive approach to learning
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Operate with integrity, a sense of urgency, and a never give up attitude
