**About Our Ideal Candidate**

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Doorperson. This is a part-time position requiring flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.

In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and create a warm and engaging arrival and departure experience for guests.

You will be responsible for managing the flow of traffic on the hotel driveway, assisting with guest enquiries and providing directions, and settling payment for hotel guests and casual parkers.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience
  • An ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • An ability to make quick decisions and remain composed at all times
