What Your Care Looks Like
  • You will keep a nurturing eye on each resident's condition and provide proactive care that enriches their daily life.
  • Manage care plans that support residents' holistic needs and empower their choices and independence.
  • Ensure safe medication and accurately document medication plans, interventions and progress notes.
Key Requirements
  • A true passion for caring for others and delivering personalized care that meets residents' needs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current registration with the relevant governing body.
  • Ability to quickly build knowledge of funding system attributes (experience beneficial).
  • Experience providing nursing services in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings.
  • Appreciation for accurate reporting and documentation management.
  • Ability to lead, effectively supervise, and delegate tasks to PCA/AINs.
