Centre 4 Health (C4H) in Caulfield South is hiring a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner to join a boutique multidisciplinary clinic with a focus on evidence-based, holistic care. The role involves on-site consultations and telehealth from the consulting rooms, performing comprehensive assessments and developing personalised treatment plans. You will have the autonomy to prescribe treatments that best suit your patients' needs, ensuring patient-centred care. The position includes in-depth training, ongoing education, and dedicated support to empower you to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities- Engage with patients through on-site consultations and telehealth.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Prescribe treatments that align with patient needs, delivering patient-centred care.
- Participate in in-depth training and ongoing education provided by the clinic.
- Valid and unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner in Australia.
- AHPRA registration with the ability to prescribe Schedule 8 medications.
- Authorised Prescriber status (if applicable) for medical cannabis or willingness to obtain it (training and support provided).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport and explain complex medical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently while upholding high ethical standards and delivering quality care.
- Knowledge of medical cannabis and its therapeutic applications is desirable, but comprehensive training will be provided.
- Flexible hours with the option to work on-site at Centre 4 Health, including part-time and full-time roles.
- 100% telehealth and on-site consultations.
