Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive care that enriches the daily life of our residents
- Manage care plans that support residents' holistic needs, empowering their choices and independence
- Ensure safe medication and accurately document medication plans, interventions, and progress notes
The right candidate should have a true passion for caring for others, a Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent), current AHPRA registration (Nursing), and experience providing nursing services in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings.
