About the Role

As a Student Pipeline Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of NSW Health's workforce. Your mission will be to cultivate and nurture talented individuals for critical careers across the state.

This temporary opportunity with the Employee Experience and Talent Development Team (EXTD) presents a chance to challenge yourself and contribute to the growth of NSW Health's workforce, focusing on rural and regional areas.

  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to build a strong pipeline of students for NSW Health careers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address student pipeline issues, leveraging data analysis and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive policy development, project implementation, and strategy evaluation to ensure effective student pipeline management.
  2. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on matters related to building the student pipeline.
  3. Engage with diverse stakeholders to plan, implement, and evaluate programs and strategies.
  4. Analyze data to inform your projects and focus areas, ensuring optimal outcomes.

We seek an individual with:

  • Higher education qualifications or experience in a relevant field.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • A willingness to travel to rural and regional NSW locations.
