Job Overview

The Learning and Development Specialist role is a pivotal position within the organization.

  • This individual will be responsible for delivering comprehensive learning programs, encompassing administration, training calendar updates, registration tracking, coordination of training days, development of presentation materials, and ensuring that training is accurately reflected on employee profiles.

In addition to these responsibilities, the role involves designing luxury training experiences, familiarizing oneself with existing programs, and implementing training initiatives in accordance with established timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional capability-building skills, encompassing diverse levels, backgrounds, age groups, and abilities, as well as a background in service industries, ideally in hospitality.

A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and advanced communication skills are also essential. The successful candidate will contribute to fostering a positive culture and assist in planning engagement activities throughout the organization and wider community.
