We're looking for a skilled Human Resources Coordinator for Strategic Talent Acquisition to join our friendly team. This is a 24 hours per week permanent part-time position based in our modern, open-plan central office at Kedron.
About the Role
This role will support the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition team in achieving our strategic goal of attracting exceptional people to support C&K's vision of being a place where children come first.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment: Provide administrative support for tasks such as interview scheduling or templating contracts.
* Projects: Offer administrative support for various projects, ensuring their successful implementation.
* Compliance: Carry out data entry duties for staff compliance information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Financial: Support with invoice management and credit card reconciliation, maintaining financial stability.
* Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for the team's phone line and helpdesk email, providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in administration, preferably in an HR-related field.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and its applications.
* Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (completed within three months or willing to obtain these).

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is around AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
