Job Title: Lead Educator

Description:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian educator to join our team as a primary teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To implement effective teaching programs in the required fields and cater for student differences.
  • To differentiate the curriculum and make adjustments to cater for a wide range of learning needs and ability levels.
  • To assess student learning against the NESA K-10 A-E Performance Standards.
  • To establish a safe, settled and supportive learning environment where children are nurtured to reach their God-given potential.
  • To work in partnership with staff and parents to ensure that students are well supported academically, emotionally, socially and spiritually.

Requirements:

  • A committed Christian and an active member of a Christian Church.
  • A team-player who can work collegially and effectively with colleagues.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to ongoing professional learning and improvement.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
