The role of the Community Clinical Nurse Educator is to champion excellence, inspire professional growth and strengthen nursing and allied health teams across various community health services.
This leadership position requires a strong educational background and expertise in training nursing staff to deliver quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and empower a dedicated team to drive tailored education programs for nursing and allied health staff.
- Deliver and coordinate training such as Basic Life Support, Aseptic Technique and Donning & Doffing.
- Mentor staff to meet professional goals and maintain mandatory education compliance.
- Partner with experienced educators and Health Service Managers to drive a culture of excellence.
- Strong communication, presentation and teaching skills.
