Key Responsibilities
  • Orientating new staff and supporting student placements, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
  • Developing and delivering training programs, including Basic Life Support, Aseptic Technique, and Donning & Doffing.
  • Mentoring staff to meet professional goals and maintaining mandatory education compliance.

In addition to your technical skills and expertise, we are looking for someone who is able to inspire teamwork and continuous learning, commitment to quality care and professional development, and confidence to lead, motivate, and mentor staff at all levels.
