The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join our Client Services team as a permanent, full-time Client Services Officer. This role involves supporting our Financial Advisers by managing workflow efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing client review reports, liaising with fund managers, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:- Prepare accurately reconciled client review reporting for Advisers.
- Liaise with fund managers and maintain client portfolios through financial planning software.
- Booking appointments, document management, and data entry, and deliver general ad-hoc administrative support.
- Deliver quality service and outputs to clients in both written and verbal form.
This role offers comprehensive training, including a dedicated buddy to get you off to a great start. You will also have access to clear career development pathways and ongoing training support.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need excellent client and stakeholder relationship management skills, top-notch attention to detail, and organisational skills. A genuine team player with the ability to empower other people to learn and develop is essential.
