Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Office Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build rapport with patients in a friendly manner.

  • This role involves leading a small team of receptionists and reporting to the Practice Manager.
  • You will be responsible for booking and modifying appointments, answering phones, updating patient records, and supporting the clinical team.
  • In addition, you will promote dental services and special offers to patients and handle payments professionally.

About You

  • Prior experience in dental reception is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • You must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and be organized with attention to detail.
