Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supporting the management team in driving innovation and execution in transportation networks.

This role involves:

  • Managing daily department duties
  • Assisting the Shift Manager and Lead as required
  • Conducting debriefs and ensuring accurate paperwork completion
  • Assigning tasks to staff to support workflow and metrics

The ideal candidate will have experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement. A flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays is also a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Department Management: Support the day-to-day management of department duties

• Deputation: Assist the Shift Manager and Lead as required

• Debriefs and Paperwork: Conduct debriefs of all staff and ensure accurate paperwork completion

• Task Assignment: Assign tasks to staff to support workflow and metrics

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
