About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic industry as a Senior Accident Repair Claims Specialist.
The primary goal of this role is to provide accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. As a skilled professional, you will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills while interacting with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate Quote Provision: Provide high-quality quotes within deadlines to ensure timely vehicle repair.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and calculate costs accurately.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate effectively with clients to resolve issues and meet their expectations.
- Production Management: Assist in managing production workflows to maintain efficient vehicle processing.
About You
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar claims or repair-related role.
- Familiarity with AudaNet would be highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
