About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Burpengary Rowley Road. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

With a strong focus on safety and inclusivity, you will work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to delivering high-quality educational programs will ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

About Goodstart Burpengary Rowley Road

Our centre is located in a semi-rural area of Burpengary, just 10 minutes from the Bruce Highway and 5 minutes from Burpengary train station. We are a 75-place centre open 6am-6pm with a great reputation in the local community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
