Position Summary:
As a Casual Educator, you will have the opportunity to work at various Goodstart centres, providing essential support to our teams and the children in our care. Your role is crucial in fostering a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the educational programs within the centre.
- Engage with and supervise children consistently to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
- Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for children, families, and colleagues.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with children and their families.
- Adhere to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.
- Promote a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
