Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children, tailoring learning experiences to meet their individual needs
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Contribute to the development of the Centre's educational philosophy and goals
About Goodstart Burpengary Rowley Road

Our centre is located in a semi-rural area of Burpengary, just 10 minutes from the Bruce Highway and 5 minutes from Burpengary train station. We are a 75-place centre open 6am-6pm with a great reputation in the local community. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to our children, and we are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
