About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior/Lead Educator to join our team at Goodstart North Lakes Winn St. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
About Goodstart North Lakes Winn St:
Our centre is located in a convenient spot close to local shops, schools, and community amenities. We offer a welcoming, fun, and supportive environment with lots of long-term staff and a new Centre Director. We are a 75-place centre open from 6.30am until 6.30pm and are rated EXCEEDING NQS.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
