Casual Educator Role Summary

We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the education program in our centers and providing high-quality care and education for our children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the center team
  • Engaging and supervising children at all times
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

We offer a supportive and friendly team with access to excellent resources, induction and training programs, and professional development opportunities. If you have an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, are willing to travel between our local services, and have flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6am-6pm, please apply now.
