Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Regional Team as a Clinical Lead. This role involves providing localized support to our team, balancing your own caseload with mentoring junior clinicians.

About the Role:

  • Provide clinical guidance and supervision to junior speech language pathologists
  • Support the development of clinical skills and knowledge in community-based settings
  • Conduct assessments and therapy sessions across various speech pathology diagnoses
  • Design holistic intervention plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical teams in conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
  • Mentor junior staff members to enhance their professional growth and skillset
  • Cultivate effective working relationships with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements:

  • Approved qualification in Speech Language Pathology and registration with relevant governing bodies
  • Current driver's license with use of own vehicle
  • NDIS Workers Screening and Working With Children Check
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting
