  • Job Description

  • As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with accounts payable and other teams to process supplier invoices, complete reconciliations, and manage payments.

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Assist with month-end close and internal/external audit queries
    2. Provide financial accounting support to the finance team as required
    3. Ensure timely and accurate document matching, coding, data entry, and processing of creditor invoices
    4. Respond to and resolve all creditor inquiries accurately and promptly
    5. Reconcile creditor statements and follow up on missing invoices or discrepancies
    6. Process creditors payments according to agreed terms and distribute remittance advices
    7. Accurately process stock adjustments and purchase orders
  • Requirements

  • We seek a dedicated and passionate individual who excels at building relationships across all levels of the business. To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Previous experience in a similar finance role
    • Strong computing skills and knowledge of financial software packages
    • High accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and experience using MYOB Exo and Micropay (highly regarded)
