About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our pool operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain the pool area to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests.
  • Supervise and train pool staff to ensure they are providing exceptional service and adhering to company standards.
  • Monitor pool operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Communicate with guests and other departments to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of pool-related policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider.
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from the City of Perth.
  • Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • First Aid qualification desirable.
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia.
