About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal to join our team as part of a Level 6 Principal Appointment Pool. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and leadership, and who want to make a positive impact in Western Australian public schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide effective leadership and management to students, teachers, and other staff members in a school setting
  • To develop and implement educational programs that promote student learning and achievement
  • To manage and maintain high-quality facilities and resources
  • To foster a culture of excellence, equity, and inclusivity in the school community
Requirements
  • A teaching qualification and current registration with the Western Australian College of Teaching
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in education
  • An excellent understanding of curriculum design and implementation
  • A proven track record of improving student outcomes and achievement
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per annum, plus superannuation and a comprehensive benefits package.
