**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
- Provide desktop support and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of staff members
- Offer application support and maintenance
- Assist in project coordination and delivery

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior IT support position
  • Prior experience working with or for a managed service provider (MSP)
  • A basic understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Experience supporting Microsoft technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
