Executive Chef Position

Our esteemed culinary team is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to spearhead the creation of exquisite dishes on a full-time basis.

Candidates with valid work permits in Australia will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute menus that showcase superior quality products, presentation, and flavor.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, handling, and storage.
  • Ensure compliance with prescribed recipes and specifications while promoting creativity and innovation in menu offerings.
  • Plan and manage food quantities and plating requirements for the food operation.
  • Collaborate with key personnel to communicate production needs.
  • Produce production prep lists to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • A deep passion for culinary arts and a strong desire for continuous growth and excellence.
  • Exceptional technical expertise in culinary techniques, including pans and wood-fire cooking.
  • Strong creativity and innovation in flavor and presentation.
  • A certificate III in Commercial Cookery and previous experience in luxury hotels or hatted restaurants are highly regarded.
  • Ability to work across lunch and dinner service operations as required.
