  • Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness
Requirements
  • Proven experience in school counselling, with a strong background in student development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to respond effectively to diverse student needs
  • Working knowledge of various counselling models and resources
  • Sound judgement and emotional intelligence
  • MA degree in School Counselling or related field
