We are seeking a highly skilled Counselling Professional to design and implement a comprehensive school counselling program, focusing on student achievement, career readiness, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a school counselling program that promotes student success and well-being
- Cultivate a supportive environment that values diversity and individual differences
- Ensure equitable access to opportunities and rigorous curriculum for all students
- Provide direct support services through structured interventions
- Evaluate student strengths and advocate on their behalf
- Offer group and individual responsive services to meet student needs
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community organizations to support student success
- Conduct assessments, interpret test results, and review student records
- Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness
- Proven experience in school counselling, with a strong background in student development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to respond effectively to diverse student needs
- Working knowledge of various counselling models and resources
- Sound judgement and emotional intelligence
- MA degree in School Counselling or related field
