**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and has a knack for marketing. As a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking briefs from clients, working closely with the account manager, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking briefs from real estate clients and relaying information to the printing team.
  • Working closely with the Account Manager to coordinate and process printing and marketing material.
  • Managing and growing your own client base through customer service and relationship building.
  • Carrying out internal sales and follow-up calls to clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a related role, preferably in real estate administration or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of campaign requirements for real estate agents.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite on a Mac/Apple computer.
