Operations Manager

The role of Operations Manager is a key position within our hospitality group.

As the face of one of our main venues in Melbourne's CBD, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall operational success of your venue.

  • Oversee all aspects of the venue operation and lead a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, staff engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare weekly reports for senior management and provide insights on performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department heads and supervisors to discuss goals and expectations.
  • Manage budgets and control expenses to maximise revenue and minimise costs.
  • Plan and coordinate events to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and meet client needs.
  • Implement initiatives to reduce waste and promote sustainability in beverage and food operations.

Key Qualifications:

To succeed as an Operations Manager, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing venues or similar environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and build effective relationships.
  • Able to analyse data, identify trends and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with hospitality operations and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
