Job Title: Restaurant Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about menu offerings.
  • Take orders efficiently and accurately, using point-of-sale systems to process transactions.
  • Work effectively as part of a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Current RSA Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
