Job Title: Early Years Educator - Capalaba


About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement play-based learning experiences that cater to children's individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvements and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement processes and contribute to maintaining a high-quality service.

Requirements:



  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent) is required.
  • A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge and understanding of child care industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
  • A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months - Kindergarten aged in a play-based learning environment.
  • Experience working with children with additional needs is highly regarded.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
