Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Wavell Heights. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that meet the needs of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes social justice.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
