Lead Educator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate educator to join our team as a Lead Educator. This role involves leading a team in creating and delivering an educational program that inspires a love for learning in children.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or be actively pursuing one, and hold a current Qld Blue Card. They will also have a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and good nutrition for children.

As a Lead Educator, you will prioritize children's health and safety, engage in joyful and educational activities, and build strong relationships with families and fellow educators.

Our centre has been rated as an Exceeding Centre by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). We offer a range of high-quality programs for our children, including beach, bush, and farm kindy, swimming programs, and Healthy Bodies initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications and Skills:
