The Opportunity

The Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role in our team, responsible for coordinating daily services to ensure they are delivered to a consistently high standard. This involves liaising with operational management to continuously improve service delivery, resolve issues, and evaluate new work opportunities in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Report on contractual matters, opportunity pipelines, and competitor activity to management.
  2. Identify opportunities to promote Cleanaway businesses within the region.
  3. Maintain customer service standards and identify service solutions to assist customer retention.
  4. Utilize company resources, including applicable software, to monitor and improve driver productivity and fleet efficiency.
About You

We are looking for an outgoing, resilient individual with a genuine "can-do" attitude, strong attention to detail, and well-developed relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have proven skills around financial principles, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
