Global Real Estate Leader Seeks Experienced Senior Property Manager

We are a global leader in real estate, committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Our Victorian property management team is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 18-19 industrial assets.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing team. You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio, working closely with a Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall performance of the property management and building services operations for the industrial portfolio.
  • Maintain close liaison with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel on all aspects of property management, including lease activities, compliance, lease renewals, rent reviews, and legal matters.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reporting packs for property owners.
  • Demonstrate ability to prepare and implement operating budgets.
  • Monitor all financial transactions related to managed buildings and ensure proper authorization of payments and collection of debts.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

About You:

  • You have previous experience in a commercial role in property management.
  • You possess the capacity to manage client expectations and work on multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • You have sound financial acumen, including knowledge of cash and accrual accounting/financial reporting.
  • You have a proactive, approachable, and professional demeanor with a high level of attention to detail.
  • You possess strong communication skills and can build effective working relationships.
  • You hold a Certificate of Registration and thorough knowledge of the property industry and local market.
