Senior Campus Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to lead our campus maintenance and operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the upkeep, safety, and operations of two campuses
- Manage a small team and contractors to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming
- Oversee building, grounds, and utilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with WHS regulations
- Support capital works projects and ensure timely completion
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant Diploma or Cert IV with relevant work experience
- Current driver's licence and either a light rigid licence or willingness to acquire one
- White card and working at heights, asbestos, and scissor lift operator certification are desirable
- First Aid Certificate
