About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Whistleblower Program Team in Group Compliance, where you'll play a key role in liaising with whistleblowers, triaging and assessing reports, and working closely with our investigation teams to protect reporters in accordance with ANZ's whistleblower policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective management of whistleblower cases, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with ANZ's whistleblower policy and procedures.
  • Collaboration with Whistleblower Protection Officers and investigation teams to ensure cases are managed in accordance with legislation and policy.
  • Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on whistleblower matters, ensuring confidentiality and protection of whistleblowers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of whistleblower cases and contributing to reporting as required.
  • Actively promoting a safe and effective speak up compliance and risk culture within ANZ, fostering awareness of whistleblower policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders to achieve Whistleblower Program team objectives.

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can bring the following qualities to this role:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of whistleblower or employment laws, processes, or procedures, with a strong understanding of ANZ's whistleblower policy and procedures.
  • Experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of success in managing whistleblower cases or similar.
